The government promised to build new houses for the Tacloban City residents who were affected by typhoon Yolanda. However, video footage taken by a UNTV drone shows that most of those houses are still incomplete.

A recent report from the National Housing Authority (NHA) reports that there are 12,600 housing units ready to be occupied. Only 2,000 familie s have been able to move into these permanent housing units.

In Richview Park 1 and 2, where 2,000 units were supposed to be built, only 989 families have been housed.
